18+ with a valid driving licence. Indian riders: Aadhaar or passport. International riders: home licence, IDP, passport and visa. Your original physical driving licence is deposited at pickup.

One complimentary helmet is included. Add an extra at booking; maximum two per booking. A lost or damaged helmet costs ₹500.

Fuel, charging, tolls, roadside assistance and taxes are excluded from the rental package. Review the itemised GST, 1.5% handling charge and total, plus any deposit, before paying.

Cancellation deductions are 25%, 50% or 75% within 24 hours, depending on timing; no-shows and document-related cancellations are 100%. Refund processing usually takes 3–7 working days.
