Privacy Policy

• Booking details — your name, phone number, and email, plus the vehicle, dates, and location you book.
• Identity verification — before payment, Indian riders verify their Aadhaar and driving licence through DigiLocker. With your consent, DigiLocker shares these documents with our booking platform (Velosta) through its verification partner (Meon); we receive the verification result, the name on your Aadhaar and your licence number. Originals are checked again at pickup, and your original physical driving licence is held until return.
• Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive only payment references and status, never your card or UPI credentials.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics, if enabled.

• To create, manage, and fulfil your bookings.
• To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, sign-in codes, and refund notices. We don’t send marketing email without consent.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

• Velosta — our fleet-management partner, which holds the booking record (name, phone, dates, vehicle).
• Razorpay — for payment processing and refunds.
• Resend — for delivering transactional email.
• We never sell personal data, and we share it with authorities only when legally required.

We use a small number of essential cookies: a signed session cookie so you can view your own bookings, and a short-lived cookie during email code verification. Both are httpOnly and expire automatically. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Booking and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or its correction or deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), by writing to support@nexryd.in.

The rental terms state that vehicles have GPS tracking. Speed and vehicle-use information, pickup and return photographs, inspection records, fuel or battery levels, odometer readings, keys and accessories may be recorded for operations, safety and assessment of charges.
