Section 02

Definitions and your agreement

Company means Nexryd Technologies Private Limited. User means a person who registers with the Platform or uses its Services. Vehicle includes motorcycles, scooters, electric vehicles and other vehicles supplied by the Company. Booking means a confirmed reservation. The Rental Period runs from scheduled or actual handover until the vehicle is returned and accepted by the Company. Security Deposit means any refundable amount collected to secure the rider’s obligations.

The Platform includes the website, mobile sites, applications and associated services. Services include rental booking, subscriptions and use of two-wheelers with associated features and content. These terms form an electronic contract, with no physical, electronic or digital signature required. Using the Platform signifies acceptance of these terms together with the Privacy Policy, notices, disclaimers and applicable guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or Services.

Additional click-through consent may be required for particular services. Terms may be updated and take effect when published; continued use signifies acceptance. Review the terms periodically. Platform updates may introduce or improve services, and support may require installing available updates.

03
Section 03

Eligibility and documents

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. Riders aged 18–20 may ride vehicles below 150cc. Vehicles of 150cc and above, including superbikes, require riders aged 21 or above, subject to the appropriate valid licence and verification. A learner’s licence is not accepted.

Domestic riders: an original Indian driving licence and original Aadhaar are required. If the Aadhaar mobile number differs from the registered number, provide an additional passport. A passport is also accepted instead of Aadhaar as valid identity and address proof. Verify your Aadhaar and driving licence through DigiLocker at checkout, before payment, and carry the same originals to pickup.

International riders: provide a valid home-country driving licence together with an international driving permit, valid passport and visa. DigiLocker verification needs an Aadhaar, so international riders book through support and verify their originals at the branch.

Your original, physical driving licence is mandatory and must be deposited at pickup; it is returned when the vehicle is dropped off. Digital licences (DigiLocker, mParivahan), photocopies and photos are not accepted. The registered rider must be physically present; another person cannot collect on their behalf. Document refusal, failed identity verification, invalid documents or collection by someone else attracts a 100% rental deduction under the cancellation terms.

04
Section 04

Accounts and information

Register with accurate, complete information, update it promptly and authorise verification enquiries and required supporting documents. Follow applicable service quality, confidentiality, integrity, anti-harassment and conflict-of-interest policies. Do not impersonate others or use an account without authorisation.

Keep account information confidential and report unauthorised use immediately. You are responsible for account activity and losses caused by failure to secure your credentials. False, outdated or incomplete information can lead to suspension or termination and refusal of service.

Only provide information you own or have the right to use. Information is used as permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account updates may be moderated; information may be retained, deleted or destroyed under applicable retention policies. Server failures or factors beyond the Company’s control may affect data availability.

Information may be preserved or disclosed to comply with legal processes, enforce the terms, address rights claims, prevent fraud or protect safety. Transfers of sensitive data must meet the protections and lawful-purpose or consent conditions described in the original document.

05
Section 05

Booking, payments and pricing

Booking and extension payments are made online through the Platform. Pay the invoiced amount in advance. A request alone is not a confirmed booking: successful payment and a booking confirmation through the Platform, SMS, email or another authorised channel are required. A booking may be declined or cancelled for vehicle unavailability, ineligibility or incorrect or invalid documents.

Extensions depend on vehicle availability and require additional payment through the Platform. Contact the team before the scheduled return; a request does not itself extend the rental.

Debit or credit cards, net banking, UPI and other available gateway options may be used. Third-party payment failures are subject to the gateway’s processes; contact the Company promptly and cooperate in resolving any issue. Regulatory and gateway charges apply as prescribed. Pricing may change with notice directly or through the Platform.

The rental or subscription package excludes fuel, tolls, roadside assistance and taxes. Listed prices are the base rental. The online quote itemises GST (18%) and a 1.5% handling charge for payment-gateway costs, and includes both in the payable total. Review the base fare, add-ons, tax, included kilometres, excess-kilometre rate and any security deposit before paying. EV charging costs are also the rider’s responsibility.

06
Section 06

Cancellations, refunds and deposits

The cancellation schedule below states the rental amount withheld. The original document notes GST separately as excluded from its cancellation wording. Contact support for the exact tax treatment and refund amount for your booking.

The document describes a no-show as occurring after ‘45min / 1hr’ from pickup; it does not establish a single cutoff. Confirm your booking’s exact cutoff with the branch. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup and exact boundary cases are not expressly defined in the supplied schedule; ask support rather than assume a full refund.

A 100% rental deduction applies to refusal to submit required documents, failure to deposit the original physical driving licence, failed identity verification, invalid documents, the rider not being physically present or somebody else trying to collect the vehicle. No refund is issued for an early drop-off.

Refunds normally take 3–7 working days, with actual arrival depending on the financial institution. Refunds are credited to the source account specified during booking.

Some vehicles require a refundable security deposit to cover damage, liabilities or outstanding charges. Deposit refund processing is typically initiated within 3–7 working days from the invoice generated after the trip ends, subject to applicable deductions. It is not an immediate-refund promise.

Section 07

Pickup, inspection and return

Pick up and return at the designated location and agreed date and time. Home delivery must be requested and paid for, and remains subject to availability and Company discretion. BTM 1st Stage is the active branch; Koramangala and E-city are coming soon.

At handover, inspect the vehicle and immediately report damage, defects, missing parts or malfunctions. The Company may record condition, fuel or battery level, odometer, keys and accessories. Photographs, video and inspection records may establish the pickup and return condition.

Return the vehicle in the condition received, allowing for normal wear and tear. The return inspection records condition, odometer, fuel or battery, keys and accessories. Damage, missing items, excess kilometres and other applicable charges are settled under these terms. Excess-kilometre charges are calculated at drop-off and paid at the designated location.

08
Section 08

Late returns and extensions

Late-return charges apply across scooters, commuters, midrange and high-end vehicles. The weekday and weekend examples specified in the document are listed below. Other delay durations and calculation boundaries are not defined in that schedule; confirm the applicable charge with the branch.

Contact the Company immediately if you expect to return late. An extension requires availability, approval and online payment. A late-return charge is not permission to keep a vehicle beyond the booked period.

Section 09

Helmets and safe riding

One complimentary helmet is provided. An extra helmet can be added during booking, with a maximum of two helmets per booking. Loss of or damage to a helmet incurs ₹500 per helmet.

Wear helmets and appropriate riding gear. Only the registered User may ride. Beginners should take particular care with large or powerful vehicles. Riders are responsible for their personal insurance; vehicle insurance does not cover the rider’s personal medical or accidental expenses under these terms.

Follow the lower of the vehicle’s communicated speed limit and the legal road limit. The vehicle-specific limit is sent in the booking confirmation. After three consecutive speed-limit violations, each subsequent violation attracts ₹500. Vehicles have GPS tracking; rash driving may also attract up to ₹500 per instance.

You are responsible for traffic violations, fines and related costs, and must report violations to the Company. Mobile-holder use is at your discretion and risk. The Company will try to return forgotten belongings but is not responsible for items lost through rider negligence.

10
Section 10

Maintenance, fuel and other charges

Check engine oil and maintain the vehicle appropriately during your rental. Punctures and cleanliness are the rider’s responsibility. Notify the Company immediately of mechanical issues. Obtain prior written approval before repairs, mechanical work or modifications; negligent use or poor routine maintenance can make the rider liable for mechanical damage.

Fuel, tolls, roadside assistance and taxes are excluded from the package. Towing due to puncture, collision or improper use is charged to the rider; the terms state that mechanical failures are covered by the Company.

Excessive dirt or mud may incur a washing charge of up to ₹200. Extra kilometres are charged at the applicable booking rate on return. Damage is assessed during return inspection and collected under the damage terms.

11
Section 11

Electric vehicles, charging, keys and accessories

High-speed electric vehicles require a valid, effective driving licence. Charging costs, including fees at OEM charging grids, are entirely the rider’s responsibility.

The EV is handed over with at least 30% battery charge. Return it at the same charge level recorded at handover and never below 30%. A charger is supplied; follow all operating and safety instructions when charging.

Loss, theft, destruction or damage to the charger makes the rider liable for the full replacement cost of a new unit as billed by the showroom, payable upon assessment and confirmation.

Loss, theft or damage to a smart key or key module is charged at its full showroom-billed replacement cost, payable upon confirmation.

12
Section 12

Prohibited uses

Vehicles are for personal use only. Do not exceed authorised passenger or load limits. Rallies, professional or amateur competitions, racing and stunts are prohibited.

Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that prohibits or makes driving inadvisable. Illegal activity, sharing a vehicle with a minor, carrying sharp objects, weapons or illegal substances, and unauthorised internal or external modifications or fittings are prohibited.

The rider remains responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental or subscription. Breaching these restrictions is a material breach of the terms and may result in withdrawal of vehicle access. Availability is not guaranteed.

13
Section 13

Accidents and breakdowns

Immediately notify the Company of an accident, collision, theft, breakdown or other incident, and notify the police or relevant authority where required. Cooperate with the Company and insurer and provide photos, videos, location details, documents and other relevant information.

Do not admit liability, settle a claim or compromise with a third party on the Company’s behalf without prior written authorisation, except where required by law or necessary to protect life or safety. Obtain written approval before arranging repairs.

14
Section 14

Damage liability and insurance

The rider is responsible under the document for damage, loss or theft of vehicle parts irrespective of causation or fault. Irreparable items are charged at their prevailing market price. The Company’s representative inspects the vehicle and its parts.

Pre-existing damage mutually acknowledged at handover is not charged. Normal wear and tear is excluded. A torn seat cover incurs replacement cost; opening of stitched joints alone does not incur a charge.

For accidents involving vehicles below 200cc, the document states an amount not exceeding ₹15,000, plus 80% of the daily rental or subscription rate for each day the vehicle is inactive for repair. Where professionally assessed damage exceeds ₹15,000, an insurance claim is initiated and an ancillary ₹15,000 is levied on the rider.

For vehicles of 200cc and above, where professionally assessed damage exceeds ₹25,000, an insurance claim is initiated and an ancillary ₹25,000 is levied on the rider. The document does not specify a complete below-threshold calculation for this category; contact the team for the applicable assessment.

The document allocates riding risk and liability for loss, injury and death to the rider and disclaims Company responsibility as described in the original wording. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain protected. Insurance does not mean zero rider liability, and the deposit does not cap liability.

15
Section 15

Theft and vehicle recovery

The rider is responsible for the vehicle during the rental or subscription period. In case of theft or disappearance, promptly file an FIR at the nearest police station and follow the legal procedures until recovery or validation of an insurance claim.

If the insurance claim is rejected, the rider must pay the missing vehicle’s fair market value. Refusal to cooperate in recovery or payment may lead to legal proceedings. Legal and recovery costs are allocated to the rider under the original terms.

16
Section 16

Platform licence and intellectual property

The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access permitted content and to view, download or print it for personal, non-commercial use. Do not interfere with security or integrity, submit false or disruptive information, send unsolicited communications, use unauthorised automated search tools, bypass rights-management or security features, or engage in unlawful activity.

The Company may disable prohibited information, retain relevant records for at least 90 days for authorities, remove non-compliant content and terminate access. User-generated information may be disclosed or transferred to affiliates or authorities as permitted or required by law, with the data safeguards described in the document.

19
Section 19

The Company may suspend all or part of the service for operational, technical or other reasons, with no obligation to notify except as specified. Planned maintenance is to be communicated 48 hours in advance using the registered phone or email; availability during maintenance is not guaranteed.

The Company may terminate or refuse access, including for breach. After suspension or termination you may not bypass the restriction with another account or re-register. Account data and messages may become unavailable. Accrued payments remain payable, and clauses that by nature survive termination continue to apply.
